Anti-Spam Policy
What is Spamming?
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as "spamming"). It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward your business, but also because it can overload our network and disrupt service to other Usedhogparts.com affiliates.
Our Position on Spamming:
Spam will not be tolerated in any context. All e-mail communications must be done pursuant to a prior personal or business relationship with the e-mail recipient, either by the utilization of a verifiable opt-in lead supplied by the actual recipient or by a completed request for information form completed on either the affiliate's prospecting website or the Usedhogparts.com referral page. In fairness to Usedhogparts.com and its affiliates, spam will not be tolerated. Usedhogparts.com strictly abides by the Can-Spam Act of 2003. If, at any time, a prospect requests to be removed from your contact list you must oblige them by removing them in the follow-up manager. If a prospect opts-out via an e-mail opt-out function you must abide by their wishes and not contact them via e-mail again.
Our policy on spam is strict and WILL BE enforced for the benefit of all Usedhogparts.com affiliates. There are many ways to promote your website without the use of spam. Only by adhering to our NO SPAM policy will we be able to provide you with the service and products that you expect and deserve.
Our Position on Third Party E-mail Lists:
Don't use them. In general, many email lists obtained from third parties are harvested from unsuspecting website owners, domain registrations, and other NON opt-in sources. The use of such lists with our system is strictly prohibited. If you have specific questions about the use of e-mail lists or third party e-mail providers please contact us via the contact page.
