i just bought a 1957 iron head sporty motor complete. only thing missing is the kick start lever  & the breather. the guy said it was running when he took it out 10 years ago. i paid $ 200.00 for it and have know idea what its worth. any info. would be helpful.

I really don't think its worth anything, I'll give you your 200 back if that's what you want. All ass aside it's worth well more than 200, if it runs I would say around 1200, if you rebuild it, and put some pretty on it, it could easily go for 2 grand to someone looking to rebuild an oldskool chopper.
