Rocco 2007-11-29	I heard there was a lawsuit against Harely-Davidson because of a problem with its engines. Has anyone heard this? Is it true?

Boomer 2007-11-29	Yes, there was a lawsuit that accusing Harley-Davidson of failing to inform the public of a defect in two engine types sold in 1999 and 2000. This flaw was said to reduce the value of the motorcycle. I don't know the results of the case. I assume the court threw it out.

Harley also had a high speed wobble that killed a police officer on 9 3 2002 according to north carolina news and observer. Harley does not advertise these things Rudy.
